Walk in registrations at Clinic’s unfortunately will not be accepted.

Important Information:

Wines must be 15 years and older .

Only wines with the level below the neck or showing signs of leakage will be opened

All wines are opened at the discretion of the winemaker

Only bring wines that are in need of attention

Wines not accepted :

Bottles other than 375ml, 750ml, 1500ml

White wines or Fortified

Where the level is below the shoulder

Unlabelled wines or illegible labels

Wines previously attended to at past Clinic’s

Please note, Wines in poor condition cannot be revived, topped up or replaced.

These wines get a plain cork, no capsule and instructions to drink soon

Where more than 12 bottles are presented, a sound bottle may be required to be used as topping wine. In all other cases topping wine is provided free of charge.

Consumers can only register 15 bottles on-line .

Consumers with more than 15 bottles need to call Consumer Relations on 1300 651 650 or email details of extra bottles to:  consumer-relations@fostersgroup.com

Consumers need to arrange their own bottle transport at the clinics

Hotel trolleys will usually be available to assist
