It’s not everyday that you have an opportunity to work and be trained in a premium wine environment; nor is it everyday that we have new staff opportunities.

So what’s the work like here? It’s busy and physical work too. Every one of our people pull their weight and share all the chores.

It’s also enjoyable & rewarding – the more you know and learn about wine, the more kicks you get helping customers select that desirable collection.

Our permanent staff are expected to know their wines from around the globe and a fair bit about spirits & beer too. On-the-job training and tasting is the fun part – it’s continual.

Our casual staff are encouraged and assisted to learn more, through wine courses like WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust – run out of the UK) and our own public Wine Education Course along with very regular tastings of wines.
